Abandon learning, end worry. How much difference between yes and polite? How much difference between good and evil? What people fear, I must also fear. Vast indeed, without end! Others are merry, as if feasting on a grand ox, as if climbing a terrace in spring. I alone am unmoving, without any sign, like an infant who has not yet smiled; weary, as if with no home to return. Others have abundance; I alone seem lacking. I have the heart of a fool! Chaotic! Ordinary people are bright; I alone am dull. Ordinary people are discerning; I alone am confused. Vast as the ocean, drifting as if never stopping. Others have purpose; I alone am stubborn and lowly. I alone differ from others, and value being nourished by the Mother.
