Chapter 72 speaks of true authority and humility. When common people cease to fear displays of power, a higher awakening dawns. The wise one neither obstructs their dwelling nor oppresses their livelihood—only through non-oppression can one avoid being oppressed. The sage understands their true self without showing off, loves themselves without demanding high status. This reveals how authentic power comes through gentleness, not force.
འདི་ངར་ག་དེ་སྦེ་འབྲེལ་བ་ཡོད?
I see my own tendencies to assert control and demand attention. This chapter reminds me that when I let go of the need to dominate or display my importance, I open space for genuine connection. True strength lies in humility and self-knowledge, not in making others fear me.
ང་དེ་རིང་ག་གི་བྱ་རིམ་ལེན་དགོ?
Today I will notice when I feel the urge to control or impress. Instead, I will practice gentle presence—listening more than speaking, supporting rather than dominating. I will do one small act of service without seeking recognition.
