Bab 48

Goud i Goud

为学日益,为道日损。损之又损,以至于无为。无为而无不为。
取天下常以无事,及其有事,不足以取天下。
Goud i goud, goud ni ingan. Jadi i jadi, jadi ni tingkap. Jadi na so adong i, jadi na so adong ni aha. Na so jadi ni goud, i ma na so goud ni aha. Jadi ni data, hulubalang adat na so bagage, goud ni aha; na so liat, jumpalan; na so tumusi, rumusan. Na so bagage, jadi ma i. Goud ni banua, na so adong ni aha; goud ni saha, na so adong ni pat.

Refleksi Balga

Aha isi dohot ni chapter on?

Chapter 48 teaches about the paradox of learning versus the Tao. In pursuit of knowledge, something is added every day. In practicing the Tao, something is dropped every day. Less and less is done until non-action is achieved. When nothing is done, nothing is left undone. The world is won by those who let it go.

Songon dia hubunganna dohot ahu?

This chapter speaks to my restlessness. I am always adding more to my life—more goals, more activities, more worries. The Tao teaches me that letting go, not grasping, is the path to true accomplishment.

Naon na harus kuot hian done ини?

Today I will identify one thing I can release from my life—perhaps a worry, a grudge, or an unnecessary commitment. I will practice doing less to accomplish more.
